针对当前沥青混凝土路面早期水损坏现象严重的现状,指出在密级配沥青混凝土路面下设置透水基层可以减轻水对路面结构的影响。进而依托某高速公路使用沥青稳定碎石透水基层的工程实例,分析了影响沥青稳定碎石透水基层混合料级配的关键筛孔,研究了适宜于沥青稳定碎石透水基层混合料最佳油石比选定原则和方法,通过马歇尔试验确定了其最佳配合比,并采用析漏试验进一步验证了该最佳油石比的合理性,为沥青稳定碎石透水基层试验路施工和进一步研究提供依据。
In view of the serious water damage phenomenon of asphalt concrete pavement at the early stage, it is pointed out that setting water permeable base layer under dense graded asphalt pavement can reduce the influence of water on pavement structure. Based on the engineering practice of asphalt stabilized gravel permeable base course on an expressway, the key sieve holes that affect the gradation of asphalt stabilized gravel permeable base course mixture were analyzed. The optimum ratio of asphalt to stabilized gravel permeable base course mixture The principles and methods were selected to determine the best compounding ratio through Marshall test. The rationality of the optimum ratio of ashes was further verified by the leak test, which provided the basis for the construction and further study of the experimental road of pervious asphalt stabilized gravel.
