完善的成本管理体系是企业获得市场主动权和竞争优势的基础。责任成本目标就是要在保证工期和质量满足要求的情况下,采取相应管理措施,把成本控制在计划范围内并进一步寻求最大程度的成本节约,提高经济效益。本文针对项目部工程管理中存在的问题,对企业状况进行全面分析,以帮助建筑施工企业找到一套切实有效的施工项目成本管理的方法。
A sound cost management system is the basis for enterprises to obtain the market initiative and competitive advantage. The goal of responsibility cost is to take corresponding management measures under the condition of satisfying the requirements of construction period and quality, to control the cost within the scope of the plan and further seek the maximum cost saving and increase the economic benefits. This article aims at the project management problems in the project department, a comprehensive analysis of the status of enterprises to help construction companies to find a set of effective construction project cost management methods.
