考察了温度、时间、显色剂用量、酸度对待测溶液吸光度的影响,结果表明:温度对吸光度值不产生大的影响,在室温下测试即可;溶液显色在前8 min内不稳定,其显色时间一定要达到10 min,溶液颜色保持16 h不发生太大的变化;显色剂氯代磺酚C和Sc(Ⅲ)1∶1络合稳定,其溶液加入量确定为3 ml;酸度对吸光度有较大的影响,待测溶液的pH值为2.0时吸光度值最大,且稳定。溶液最大吸光度波长为649 nm,工作曲线回归方程为y=0.03839x-0.0002,相关系数的平方为0.9993,Sc(Ⅲ)的质量浓度在0~1.2 mg.L-1范围内符合朗伯-比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数为7.78×105L.mol-.1cm-1。本法测定赤泥盐酸浸出液中的钪,结果比较稳定,RSD(n=6)为1.45%~4.16%,加标回收率为98%~102%,灵敏度高、结果较满意。
The effects of temperature, time, the amount of developer and acidity on the absorbance of the solution to be measured were investigated. The results showed that the temperature had no significant effect on the absorbance and could be tested at room temperature. The color of solution was not stable in the first 8 min, The color development time must reach 10 min, the color of the solution does not change much after 16 h; the color reagent chlorosulfonol C and Sc (Ⅲ) 1: 1 complexation and stability, the amount of solution was determined to be 3 ml ; Acidity has a greater impact on the absorbance, the absorbance value of the solution under test when the pH value of 2.0 maximum, and stable. The maximum absorbance wavelength of the solution was 649 nm. The regression equation of the working curve was y = 0.03839x-0.0002, the correlation coefficient was 0.9993, and the mass concentration of Sc (Ⅲ) was in the range of 0-1.2 mg.L-1. The method for the determination of scandium in the red mud hydrochloric acid leachate showed relatively stable results with RSD (n = 6) of 1.45% -4.16% and spiked recoveries of 98% -102%.
