用XRD、EPMA,IMA,XPS,AES等测试手段,对使用钛箔活性金属法连接氧化锆陶瓷和不锈钢时结合界面的反应行为进行了研究结果表明:ZrO2中的O同界面附近的Ti发生反应生成TiO反应相。同时,结合界面附近的ZrO2引起变质现象,其变质层中O的含量降低,部分Zr的化学结合状态从Zr4+向Zr2+变化ZrO2/Ti界面附近短距离的范围内(亚微米数量级)存在Ti和Zr的相互扩散
The reaction behavior of the interface at the interface between the zirconia ceramic and the stainless steel was studied by means of XRD, EPMA, IMA, XPS and AES.
