公民精神:青年农民工与企业和谐关系基础

自20世纪80年代起,大量青壮年农民背井离乡,走进企业,成为农民工。城市经济与企业均得益于这些丰富的劳动力而发展。但是,部分企业过分追求高额利润,忽视社会责任,不顾甚至侵害农民工的合法权益;当时的农民工不少人选择逆来顺受。而当代青年农民工开始敢于表达自己的需求,敢于主张权益、维护权益了。青年农民工权利意识觉醒的同时,企业却仍没有意识到自身的社会责任,其结果导致劳资关系紧张,企业与青年农民工冲突时有发生,不少企业面临生存发展危机。化解这场危机应以构建和谐社会为总目标,对青年农民工和企业进行公民教育,增强公民意识、培育公民精神,促使青年农民工与企业走向双赢与和谐。 Since the 1980s, a large number of young peasants have left their homes and gone into business and become migrant workers. Both urban economy and enterprises have benefited from these abundant labor force. However, some enterprises over-pursuit of high profits, neglect of social responsibility, regardless of even infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers; then many migrant workers choose to go back. At the same time, contemporary young migrant workers began to dare to express their own needs, dare to advocate rights and interests, and safeguard their rights and interests. While the sense of rights of young migrant workers is awakening, the enterprises are still not aware of their own social responsibilities. As a result, labor-capital relations are tense, conflicts between enterprises and young peasant workers occur from time to time, and many enterprises are facing a crisis of survival and development. The solution to this crisis should be to build a harmonious society as the overall goal of educating young migrant workers and enterprises of citizens, enhancing their awareness of citizens and fostering citizenship so as to promote win-win and harmony among young migrant workers and enterprises.
