邮轮上有各种消费形式,主要分为物质消费和精神消费。物质消费包含了购买免税商品和品尝付费餐饮方面的消费,而精神消费则包含了spa、桑拿、运动场所等地的消费。尽管邮轮消费的比例逐年上升,但是作为新兴的出游方式,我们仍然需要消耗精力去研究和总结邮轮消费的特点,以最大限度提升消费。我们所调查研究出的影响消费特点的因素如下:不同的游客结构特征、游客消费动机、游客消费结构以及游客旅游满意度等四方面对邮轮游客的购买决策的影响有所不同。
There are various forms of consumption on cruises, which are mainly divided into material consumption and spiritual consumption. Consumption of goods includes the purchase of duty-free goods and food and beverage consumption, while spiritual consumption includes the consumption of the spa, sauna, sports venues and other places. Although the proportion of cruise spending has risen year by year, as an emerging travel style, we still need to devote efforts to research and summarize the characteristics of cruise spending in order to maximize consumer spending. The factors influencing the characteristics of consumption that we have investigated and studied are as follows: Different tourist structural characteristics, tourist consumption motivation, tourist consumption structure and tourists' travel satisfaction have different influences on the purchasing decisions of cruise tourists.
