近闻,某单位人力资源部在整理毕业生简历时很惊讶地发现,在前来应聘的一所对口学校两个班的学生中竟然出现了15个班长、10个学生会主席;而且在应聘者中,有超过2/3的学生获得奖学金。经核实,该学校大多数毕业生简历中有水分。面对激烈的就业压力,一些同学为了提高自己求职的“竞争力”不得以才采取这样的行为。这种现象的出现,不能完全归罪于大学生,这是就业歧视现象在大学生求职过程中的表现。一些单位的招聘标准有意无意地加高了门槛,为大学毕业生的求职设置了障碍。其实,这是对大学生的就业歧视。
