我院从1995年10月以来，应用电视腹腔镜行妇科手术20例取得满意效果，现报告如下。1临床资料本组对例手术患者中，年龄21－40岁，平均28．50岁，其中原发性不孕1例，宫外孕10例，右侧输卵管积水1例，左侧卵巢囊肿4例，右侧卵巢囊肿2例，子宫内膜移位症1例，右侧卵巢巧克力囊肿1
