随着社会主义市场经济的不断发展,企业职工的思想也进入了一个活跃期。在这种新形势下,如何做好职工的思想政治工作呢?笔者认为:开展六个教育是企业思想政治工作的重要内容之一。 一、价值观教育 社会发展到今天,作为生产力第一要素的“人”,已从“自然人”、“经济人”进步到“社会人”。作为一名社会人的追求当然应是其社会价值。然而,在我国相当一部分企业中由于受“人治”、“情治”和“法治”这种一时还难以摆脱的混合型企业文化的影响,一些职工仍自觉不自觉地把自己摆在“经济人”的位置上,总认为:我是为某某领导干的。持这种观点的同志显然是进入了一种思维误区。要使这些同志尽快走出误区,首要的就是要开展教育,通过教育使其摆正“社会人”与社会以

Education on values Since the development of society today, the “person” as the first element of productivity has evolved from “natural person” and “economic man” to “social man”. The pursuit of being a social person should of course be its social value. However, in a considerable number of enterprises in our country, due to the mixed corporate culture that is difficult to get rid of for a while, such as “rule of the people”, “control of the situation”, and “rule of law,” some employees still consciously or unconsciously put themselves in the “economic man”. In terms of his position, he always believed that: I am working for a certain leader. Comrades who hold this view clearly have entered a misunderstanding of their thinking. For these comrades to get out of their mistakes as quickly as possible, the first thing is to educate them so that they can correct their “social people” and society through education.
