2002年5月18日-20日,恰逢江泽民主席在亚太经合组织人力资源建设高峰会议提出创建学习型社会号召一周年,由中国人民大学工商管理研修中心主办的第二届创建学习型组织高层论坛在北京召开。本次论坛的主题是“企业深层改革与学习型组织发展”。参加本届论坛的,既有在学习型组织理论领域造诣精深的专家、教授,又有GE、壳牌、微软及世界500强中的著名跨国企业,还有上海宝钢、莱钢、联想等国内在学习型组织运用和实践中取得显著成效的企业。本刊特从本次论坛各位代表的精彩演讲中精选数篇,以飨读者。
