由于玻璃纤维复合材料内部成分较复杂,超声在传播过程除了层间反射波等各种有用信号外,还会存在各种噪声对缺陷检测不利的信号,会导致复合材料内部缺陷识别存在困难、仪器本身成像的纹理模糊、纹理大小不一致、效果明显与实际不一致等问题.因此,采用了一种基于变分模态分解(variational mode decomposition,VMD)、利用相关系数对信号进行处理的方法对玻璃纤维复合材料内部夹杂缺陷进行识别,并将处理后的信号重构后进行C扫描成像.结果表明,信号经过VMD后,对分解后的得到的本征模态函数(intrinsic mode function,IMF),与原信号进行相关性分析,然后将所有有用的IMF进行重构,最后对处理后的信号进行C扫描成像,使用本方法得到的C扫描图相较于未经处理的成像,纹理清晰,位置和大小与实际情况更一致.
