黄铜再结晶退火,采用水蒸汽保护,是保持工件表面光亮防止氧化的一种经济有效的办法。但我厂生产的密封继电器黄铜外罩,冲压拉深后用此法退火,表面常出现红色斑点,影响产品的外观质量。退火方法是将工件装进一个带有进气管和排气管的铁箱里,箱盖周围用细生铁屑粉末密封,装进45kW电炉里通入水蒸汽保护退火,在500℃下保温2.5~3h,保温完毕抽掉进气管的一端返回套在排气管上,如图
