食品卫生安全管理是一项关系经济和社会健康发展的系统工程,也是一项必须提前谋划、尽早实施、重点发展的减灾工程。在未来的社会发展与建设过程中,谁重视了食品卫生安全管理,谁就会在同灾难的生死搏斗中赢得主动权。只要政府重视,群众参与,相信我国的食品卫生安全管理事业一定会取得显著成效,从而实现经济与社会的和谐、健康发展。通过对新时期食品卫生安全管理的基本定义进行了阐述,能够思考出食品卫生安全管理的在一个时代的特点及存在的必要性。针对国内当前实际状况,以及食品卫生安全管理中存在的问題,提高食品卫生安全管理的方法和措施。
Food hygiene and safety management is a systematic project concerning the economic and social health development. It is also a disaster reduction project that must be planned in advance, implemented as soon as possible, and focused on development. In the process of social development and construction in the future, whoever attaches importance to the food hygiene and safety management will win the initiative in the battle of life and death with the disaster. As long as the government attaches importance to the participation of the masses, we believe that the cause of food hygiene and safety management in our country will surely achieve remarkable results and achieve a harmonious and healthy economic and social development. Through elaborating the basic definition of food hygiene and safety management in the new era, we can think about the characteristics and necessity of food hygiene and safety management in an era. In response to the current actual situation in China and the problems existing in the food hygiene and safety management, the methods and measures for improving food hygiene and safety management are put forward.
