采用文献综述法、录像观察法、数据统计法、专家访谈法等研究方法,对参加2009年至2010年全国男子中国式摔跤锦标赛及冠军赛的高水平运动员进行访问调查,以中国式摔跤汉族与蒙族运动员技术特点的问题进行了研究。结果表明:由于两民族各自的摔跤文化的不同和饮食结构的不同,使得双方运动员的技术特点有所差异。汉族运动员体型较小、力量较差,但灵敏和柔韧较好,所以其技术以抠腿、小得合、躺刀、揣等技术为主;蒙族运动员体型魁梧、力量素质好,故其技术以踢、拧、搓、大得合等技术为主。
A survey of high-level athletes who participated in the 2009 National Men’s Chinese Wrestling Championships and Championships from 2009 to 2010 was conducted by means of literature review, video observation, data statistics and expert interviews. The Chinese-wrestling Han and Mongolian nationalities The technical characteristics of athletes were studied. The results show that the technical characteristics of athletes in both countries are different due to their different wrestling cultures and dietary structure. Han athletes are smaller and less powerful, but their sensitivity and flexibility are better. Therefore, the techniques of the Han nationality athletes are dominated by such techniques as pull-out legs, small fit, lie-down knives, hides and other techniques. The Mongolian athletes are large in body and good in strength and quality, Kick, twist, rub, big and so on the main technology.
