为解决目前电磁传感式焊缝自动跟踪系统中普遍存在的工件错边干扰、传感器导前误差以及点固焊道干扰等实际问题,探索了微机智能化控制技术,研究了错边干扰的有效剔除技术,研制了一种新型的组合式电磁传感器。发现了其偏移检测信号与错边检测信号之问的“双重串扰”规律,并以此为根据建立了分离提取当量偏移信号和当量错边信号的数学模型,为运用软件技术剔除工件错边干扰找到了一种新途径。
In order to solve the practical problems such as the work piece misalignment, sensor lead error and spot welding pass interference existing in the automatic tracking system of electromagnetic sensing welding at present, the intelligent control technology of microcomputer is explored and the effect of misinterpretation is studied.
