试验研究了FAI直喷系统在50 cm3二冲程摩托车发动机上应用的可行性,着重研究了在小节气门开度和节气门全开条件下,喷油方向、喷油提前角以及喷油量对排放、经济和动力性能的影响。试验结果表明,直喷发动机在节气门全开时的燃油消耗率(BSFC)和碳氢排放(BSHC)最多可比原机降低45%和80%,有效输出转矩也略有增加。在大负荷下,BSFC和BSHC接近4冲程发动机的水平。小节气门开度时,通过推迟喷油可以实现分层燃烧,BSFC和BSHC也比原机有所下降,但仍比4冲程发动机高很多。
The feasibility of applying the FAI direct injection system to a 50 cm3 two-stroke motorcycle engine was studied experimentally. The effects of the injection direction, the injection advance angle and the fuel injection amount on the throttle opening degree and throttle opening conditions were mainly studied. Emissions, economic and dynamic performance. The test results show that the direct fuel injection engine can save up to 45% and 80% of the fuel consumption (BSFC) and hydrocarbon emissions (BSHC) when the throttle is fully open, respectively, with a slight increase in effective output torque. Under heavy load, BSFC and BSHC approach the 4-stroke engine level. When throttle opening is small, stratified combustion can be achieved by delaying fuel injection, and BSFC and BSHC are also lower than the original one but still much higher than 4-stroke engines.
