新型杀虫剂易卫杀是沙蚕毒素衍生的同系物,同属于“神经突触阻滞剂”,可选择地阻滞N—胆硷受体使麻痹致死。据报告有些巯基化合物能部分或完全地恢复对神经冲动传导的阻遏作用。选用六种临床常用的巯基化合物进行易卫杀急性中毒小鼠的解毒实验:四种二巯化合物——二巯基丁二酸钠、二巯基丙磺钠、二巯基丙醇和α—硫辛酸及二种单巯基化合物——L一半胱氨酸和巯乙胺的盐酸盐。初步实验结果表明:肌肉注射二巯基丙醇油溶液无效;其余五种巯基化合物的水溶液在静脉注射后对易卫杀急性中毒的早期均有不同程度的保护作用,可减轻中毒症状,延长死亡时闻和增加存活鼠数,其中以二巯基丙磺钠和我国创制的二巯基丁二酸钠的作用较好。
