论述采用MAXWELL的RNXPRT电机设计软件对冰箱压缩机电机定子冲片设计及有限元分析,设计定子不同槽型及冲片形状,并采用正旋绕组,抑制谐波磁势,得出电机的各项性能曲线数据。分析数据表明,电机定子齿、轭磁通密度分布合理,电机各项性能指标符合设计要求。并制作样机测试对比,测试数据与设计结果基本符合,表明采用合理的定子槽型、冲片形状及正旋绕组方案,可以提高电机的效率。 Discusses the use of MAXWELL’s RNXPRT motor design software on refrigerator compressor motor stator sheet design and finite element analysis of stator slot design and the shape of the punching sheet, and the use of positive rotation winding, harmonic magnetic potential suppression, come to the motor Performance curve data.
