河南某钼矿入选品位逐渐下降,使用单一的煤油作为捕收剂已经很难适应矿石的变化,为优化选厂粗选作业药剂制度,研究采用不同的稠环芳烃与煤油配制成复合烃油,作为捕收剂对该钼矿进行了试验。结果表明,三种复合烃油都不同程度地提高了钼的回收率,其中“煤油+稠环芳烃A”作为捕收剂的选别指标最佳。在煤油与稠环芳烃A以95∶5的质量比配制成的复合烃油作为捕收剂,总用量为170g/t的条件下,可获得品位为9.23%,回收率为85.53%的钼粗精矿。与以煤油作捕收剂相比,回收率提高了3.03%,此复合烃油对回水有较好的适应性,能够大幅度地改善选别指标。
In order to optimize the roughing operation system, a single kerosene as the collector has been difficult to adapt to the changes of ore. The study uses different condensed aromatic hydrocarbon and kerosene to make complex hydrocarbon oil, The molybdenum ore was tested as a collector. The results showed that the recovery rate of molybdenum increased with the three kinds of compound hydrocarbon oil, and the best selection index was “kerosene + polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon A”. The complex hydrocarbon oil prepared from kerosene and condensed aromatic hydrocarbon A in the mass ratio of 95: 5 was used as the collector, the total amount of which was 170g / t, the grade of molybdenum with the grade of 9.23% and the recovery of 85.53% Concentrate.
