目的评价戊二醛消毒法对口腔石膏模型的消毒效果。方法用戊二醛消毒剂对染菌口腔石膏模型进行浸泡消毒并对消毒效果进行观察。结果浸泡5、10、15 min,可完全杀灭污染在口腔石膏模型上的金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌、变异链球菌。结论浓度为20 g/L的戊二醛是一种有效的口腔石膏模型消毒剂。 Objective To evaluate the disinfection effect of glutaraldehyde on oral gypsum model. Methods The glutaraldehyde disinfectant was used to digest and sterilize the model of the infected oral gypsum and the disinfection effect was observed. The results soaked 5,10,15 min, can completely kill Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans, Streptococcus mutans contaminated in the oral gypsum model. Conclusions Glutaraldehyde at a concentration of 20 g / L is an effective oral gypsum model disinfectant.
