为贯彻机械工业“三上一提高”的方针,进一步提高工艺技术水平,工艺标准必须要加快采用国际标准的步伐,使我国的机电产品尽快按照先进的工艺组织生产。通过近年来我所对国外有关锻压工艺标准的搜集、分析和研究,对1984年来D1N、J1S、VDI200余项锻压工艺标准和技术准则进行了整理、研究,认为其内容比较广泛、系统,其中涉及钢及有色金属模锻件、挤压件、镦锻件、拉拔件、径向锻造件、精压及滚压件、自由锻件、板材及挤压用的毛坯的供货技术条件、机械性能、设计基础、加工余量和公差等,以及板料冲压技术概念,加工方法和模具的一般性术语,分离和弯曲成形的加工方法和模具、各类冲压方法的细则和意义。它对企业制定锻造工艺标准有重要的参考价值。
In order to carry out the guideline of “Three Ups and One Up” of machinery industry and further improve the technological level, the technological standard must speed up the pace of adopting international standards so that China’s mechanical and electrical products can be produced as soon as possible according to the advanced technology. Based on the collection, analysis and research of the relevant foreign standards of forging technology in recent years, the standards and technical guidelines for forging of D1N, J1S and VDI200 from 1984 are summarized and studied, which are considered as more extensive and systematic. Steel and non-ferrous metal die forgings, extrusion, upset forgings, drawing parts, radial forging parts, coining and rolling parts, free forgings, sheet and extrusion roughing supply technical conditions, mechanical properties, design Basic, machining allowances and tolerances, as well as the concept of sheet metal stamping technology, processing methods and molds general terms, separation and bending of the processing methods and molds, all kinds of stamping method details and significance. It has an important reference value for enterprises to develop forging process standards.
