高碳高铬轧辊钢是一种新型轧辊材料,由于碳(2.84%)和铬(20%)含量高,钢在冶炼或热处理过程中,不可避免地形成大量以铬为基的难溶碳化物(如M_(23)C_6、M_7C_3、M_3C_2等),给炉前分析带来很大困难。本文在经过反复试验的基础上,试验出以下较为满意的解决办法,并满足了生产单位的要求。 1.少称试样;2.溶样时将常规用的王水改为盐酸和硝酸(1+1);3.当试样溶解约50%时,加浓硫磷酸并于高温电炉上边溶解边冒烟,同时反复滴加硝酸以溶解碳化物。
High-carbon high-chromium roll steel is a new type of roll material. Due to the high content of carbon (2.84%) and chromium (20%), a large amount of chromium-based hardly-soluble carbides inevitably form during the smelting or heat treatment of steel (Such as M_ (23) C_6, M_7C_3, M_3C_2, etc.) bring great difficulties to the front analysis. Based on trial and error, this paper tests the following satisfactory solutions and meets the requirements of production units. 1. Less known sample; 2. When dissolving the conventional aqua regia to hydrochloric acid and nitric acid (1 + 1); 3. When the sample is dissolved about 50%, add concentrated sulfuric acid and dissolved in a high temperature electric furnace While smoking, while repeatedly adding nitric acid to dissolve carbides.
