目的为脑胶质瘤的治疗研究提供实验基础 ,建立可靠的动物模型。方法采用脑立体定向术 ,在SD大鼠脑尾状核接种C6细胞。术后观察大鼠的生存期 ,并采用MRI及病理学检查方法 ,动态观察肿瘤生长情况。结果接种 1周后 ,按不同时间行MRI、病理解剖学及GFAP、S - 10 0免疫组织化学检查 ,均显示颅内肿瘤形成。结论该方法建立的脑胶质瘤具有与人脑胶质瘤生长相似的特性 ,肿瘤形成时间短 ,生存期稳定 ,适合于脑胶质瘤实验治疗研究的需要。
Objective To provide experimental basis for the treatment of glioma and to establish a reliable animal model. Methods The brain stereotactic technique was used to inoculate C6 cells in the caudate nucleus of SD rats. The survival of rats was observed after operation, and the growth of tumor was observed dynamically by MRI and pathological examination. Results One week after inoculation, MRI, histopathology, GFAP and S - 100 immunohistochemical examinations were performed at different time points. All showed intracranial tumor formation. Conclusion The glioma established by this method has similar characteristics to human glioma growth, short tumor formation time, stable survival period and is suitable for the study of glioma.
