介绍了一种新发明的气冲气推成形触头造型机实砂机构。它于同一工位、同一工序、用同一动力,实现了气冲紧实与成形触头冲击紧实同时并举。同时阐述了其实砂过程、实砂机理及实砂效果。实验表明,气冲气推成形触头造型机的实砂效果十分理想,砂型紧实度高而且均匀,完全克服了目前单纯气冲造型技术中存在的弊端,拓宽了气冲造型机的适用范围。这是一种机构简单、投资少、高速、高效、低能耗的湿型粘土砂造型实砂机构。
This paper introduces a new kind of solid sand mechanism of gas-in-air push contact forming machine. It is in the same station, the same process, with the same power, to achieve a tight gas and forming contacts at the same time the impact of compaction. At the same time, the actual sand process, the real sand mechanism and the real sand effect are explained. The experimental results show that the solid sand effect of the gas push forming push contact molding machine is very good, the sand compactness is high and uniform, completely overcoming the drawbacks existing in the simple gas blow molding technology and broadening the applicable scope of the air blow molding machine . This is a simple structure, low investment, high speed, high efficiency, low energy consumption of wet clay sand modeling solid sand body.
