近年来,专武干部队伍建设虽有了较大的提高,但也存在一些不足,主要表现在:基层人武部人员编制太少,职级待遇仍然偏低,专业对口也不太多,少数单位专武干部有职无权;上级要求严格,任务艰巨,个别单位专武干部的工作得不到党委、政府的重视支持,工作展开困难;少数干部工作不安心。这些问题如若不及时解决,势必影响专武干部队伍建设。对此,笔者认为应采取以下对策:
