对空气-水混合物在壳侧沿水平方向横掠垂直管束的两相流流型及其转变特性进行了实验研究,管束为正方形顺排,管间距与管径之比为1.28.对两相流流型进行了仔细的观察,并对流型进行分类,作出了流型圈,提出了各种流型转变的机理及相应的判别流型转变的无量纲准则式。
The two-phase flow pattern and its transition characteristics of the air-water mixture sweeping along the horizontal direction of the shell on the shell side were experimentally studied. The tube bundle was square and the ratio of tube spacing to tube diameter was 1.28. The flow pattern of two-phase flow was carefully observed, and the flow pattern was classified. The flow pattern ring was made, and the mechanism of various flow pattern transition and the corresponding non-dimensional standard formula for judging flow pattern transition were proposed.
