目的建立HPLC测定清热解毒片中绿原酸的含量。方法采用Phe-nomenex C18Gemini(250×4.6mm,5u)色谱柱,以甲醇-3%冰醋酸(12:88)为流动相,流速为1.0ml·min-1;检测波长为327nm,柱温为室温。结果绿原酸在0.201～1.006μg与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.73%,RSD为1.0%(n=5)。结论该方法简便,结果准确,可作为本品质量控制的有效方法。 Objective To establish HPLC method for determination of chlorogenic acid in Qingrejiedu tablets. Methods A Phe-nomenex C18 Gemini (250×4.6mm, 5u) column was used. The mobile phase was methanol-3% glacial acetic acid (12:88). The flow rate was 1.0ml·min-1. The detection wavelength was 327nm and the column temperature was Room temperature. Results The chlorogenic acid showed a good linear relationship with the peak area (r=0.9999) from 0.201 to 1.006 μg. The average recovery was 99.73% and the RSD was 1.0% (n=5). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, and can be used as an effective method for quality control of this product.
