Objective To investigate the effects of goldenrod feet on non-bacterial prostatitis in rats. Methods Fifty normal male rats were randomly divided into A, B, C and D groups, with 10 rats in each group. A was normal rats + saline group, B was model + saline group, C was model + Product group), D model + golden chicken feet (fresh product) group, compare the prostate index, white blood cell count and lecithin body density. Results Prostatic index, white blood cell count and lecithin density in group B were significantly different from those in group A (P <0.05). After treatment, the numbers of prostate and leukocytes in group C and D were significantly lower than those in group B (P <0.05 ), And the density of lecithin in C and D groups was significantly higher than that in B group (P <0.05). There was significant difference between the three indexes in C and D groups (P <0.05). Conclusion The results showed that Jinjinshu was effective in treating nonbacterial prostatitis in rats, especially for fresh products, which provided a reliable basis for its clinical application.
