目前,以财政部、国资委和证监会等部门规章为基础,我国商业银行已经基本建立了薪酬制定和考核监督机制,但却不能完全有效地实现薪酬制定和考核的职能,尤其是在激励手段匮乏的情况下,商业银行高管薪酬机制仍然存在很多问题。在我国金融业逐步融入并影响全球的背景下,厘清我国商业银行高管薪酬机制现存的问题,并加以解决,对于商业银行的健康长远发展意义重大。
