为了解决当前在线监测系统受到现场条件限制,检测点不易更改和扩充,在恶劣和危险环境难以推广等问题,提出了基于ZigBee技术的无线监测系统设计方法。对机电设备的振动信号进行采集、处理方法进行研究,为ZigBee网络降低了数据流量。在此基础上组建ZigBee网络,用于数据的传输并进行仿真实验,测试该系统可以有效的完成数据的采集和无线传榆,并及时的检测出设备的异常状态。
In order to solve the problems that the on-line monitoring system is limited by on-site conditions, the detection points are not easy to change and expand, the wireless monitoring system design method based on ZigBee technology is proposed to solve the problems such as harsh and dangerous environment. The mechanical and electrical equipment vibration signal acquisition, processing methods for research, ZigBee network to reduce data flow. On this basis, the ZigBee network is set up, which is used for data transmission and simulation experiments. The system can effectively collect data and transmit wireless data and detect the abnormal state of the equipment in time.
