作为一名刚刚开始从事初中化学教学的教师来说,学习的过程很漫长。这需要我认真地备课,查找和本课题相关的资料,听取同年级其他教师的教学方法,并加以结合自身的教学特点。上完一节课后听取学生的反馈意见,在另一个班教学时可以加以修改,争取达到学生们对化学这门学科充满兴趣,能主动投入到学习当中,而不是一味的填鸭式教学。不论是前辈的经验,还是自己教学的总结,都认为做演示实验可以显著提高学生的学习兴趣。
As a teacher who has just started chemistry teaching in junior high school, the learning process is very long. This requires me to prepare the lesson carefully to find information related to the subject, to listen to the teaching methods of other teachers of the same grade and to combine their own teaching characteristics. Upon completion of a class to listen to the feedback of students in another class teaching can be modified to strive to achieve the students are full of interest in the subject of chemistry, can take the initiative to invest into learning, rather than blindly spoon-fed teaching. Regardless of the experience of their predecessors, or the conclusion of their own teaching, all think that doing demonstration experiments can significantly enhance students’ interest in learning.
