以离线模拟试验和实际高炉试验所得到的结果为基础,在日本新日铁君津3号高炉进行了高喷煤率操作,建立了以190kg/t喷煤率的稳定的高炉操作技术。在进行喷煤率高于200kg/t、焦比低于300kg/t的稳定的高炉操作时,高炉下部的矿石还原—熔融特性得到了改善。
Based on the results obtained from the off-line simulation tests and the actual blast furnace tests, a high injection rate operation was carried out in the blast furnace of No.3 Nippon Steel Corporation in Japan and a stable blast furnace operation technique with a rate of 190 kg / t coal injection was established. The ore reduction-melting characteristics in the lower part of the blast furnace are improved when the blast furnace operation with a coal injection rate of more than 200 kg / t and a coke ratio of less than 300 kg / t is performed.
