山区公路黑点段鉴别研究是交通安全领域的一项重要研究内容,当道路技术指标不能够为车辆运行提供安全保障时,车辆运行将趋向于危险,形成黑点段。车辆运动过程中对安全影响较大的参数是运行速度和加速度,它们在不同程度上反映出车辆的运行状态。通过综合分析速度连续性因素和加速度因素,提出一种山区公路黑点段鉴别新方法——车辆运动参数综合分析法。在阐述该方法基本思想的基础上,制订出切实可行的应用条件和技术步骤,实例研究表明该方法能够对复杂道路条件下的山区公路黑点段进行有效鉴别。
Identification of black spots in mountainous highway is an important research area of traffic safety. When road technical indicators can not provide safety guarantee for vehicle operation, vehicle operation will tend to be dangerous and form black spots. The parameters that greatly affect the safety during the vehicle movement are the running speed and acceleration, which reflect the running status of the vehicle to varying degrees. By comprehensively analyzing the factors of velocity continuity and acceleration, a new method to identify black spots in mountainous highway is put forward, that is, a comprehensive analysis method of vehicle motion parameters. On the basis of expatiating the basic idea of this method, practical application conditions and technical steps are worked out. The case study shows that this method can effectively discriminate the black point of mountain highway under complex road conditions.
