目的观察含蓝莓花色苷的谷物发酵物(简称蓝禾,LH)对小鼠的抗疲劳作用。方法雄性昆明小鼠80只,分2批进行实验。(1)第1批实验:昆明小鼠随机分为对照组和低、中、高剂量LH干预3组,每组10只小鼠,其中对照组小鼠灌胃蒸馏水17.5 ml/kg体质量,LH干预组小鼠灌胃剂量分别为8.75、17.5、35.08 ml/kg体质量。连续灌胃28 d,测定小鼠负重游泳时间。(2)第2批实验:昆明小鼠随机分为对照组及高剂量LH干预组,每组20只小鼠,分别灌胃蒸馏水和LH,灌胃剂量均为35.08 ml/kg体质量。连续灌胃28 d,测定小鼠血乳酸(LA)、血清尿素氮(BUN)和肝糖原的含量。结果与结论 (1)与对照组比较,LH干预组小鼠负重游泳时间均显著延长(P<0.01),高剂量LH干预效果最好;(2)LH干预组小鼠游泳后20 min,LA含量呈下降趋势(P>0.05)、BUN含量明显降低(P<0.05)、肝糖原储备量显著增高(P<0.05)。LH具有显著的抗疲劳作用。
Objective To observe the anti-fatigue effect of cereal fermented material containing blueberry anthocyanins (Bluegrass, LH) on mice. Methods Eighty male Kunming mice were divided into two batches for experiment. (1) The first experiment: Kunming mice were randomly divided into control group and low, medium and high doses of LH intervention in three groups, 10 mice in each group, in which control mice were fed distilled water 17.5 ml / kg body weight, The mice in the LH intervention group had intragastric doses of 8.75, 17.5 and 35.08 ml / kg body weight, respectively. Continuous gavage for 28 days, measured the weight-bearing swimming time in mice. The rats were given gavage for 28 days continuously to determine the contents of blood lactate (LA), serum urea nitrogen (BUN) and hepatic glycogen in mice. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) Compared with the control group, the mice in the LH intervention group had significantly longer swimming load-bearing time (P <0.01) and the best effect of high-dose LH was best. (2) In the LH group, (P> 0.05). The content of BUN decreased significantly (P <0.05), and the glycogen storage increased significantly (P <0.05). LH has a significant anti-fatigue effect.
