本文报道用HPLC测定替硝唑（TNZ）葡萄糖注射液的含量。色谱条件为色谱柱：Nova-PackC18柱，3．9×150mm；检测波长：310nm；流动相：甲醇-水（18：82）；流速：0．9ml．ml－1；进样量20μl。测得回收率为99．97％，RSD为0．08％，方法准确、易行。
This article reports the determination of tinidazole (TNZ) glucose injection by HPLC. The chromatographic conditions were column: Nova-Pack C18 column, 3.9 × 150 mm; detection wavelength: 310 nm; mobile phase: methanol-water (18:82); flow rate: 0.9 ml. ml-1; injection volume 20μl. The recovery rate was 99.97%, RSD 0.08%, the method is accurate and easy.
