本试验连续5年对(木奈)果实贮藏保鲜方法及采后生理进行试验研究.结果表明:(木奈)果实呼吸漂移属跃变型,具有两个跃变高峰.贮藏用果的耐贮性与采收成熟度关系密切.花(木奈)以果面着色不及1/2,油(木奈)、青(木奈)以青绿至黄绿色时采收有利于贮藏.在0、5、10℃及室温条件下贮藏,以0-5℃低温贮藏效果最佳,经30-53 d好果率达96.52%-100%,有效地延长了贮藏寿命.低温结合MA贮藏效果最佳。经30-53 d好果率达100%,并有效地保持果实原有的颜色、硬度、品质与风味.低温与MA贮藏之间存在互作.
