作者曾报道日本冲绳岛产的千里香Mur-raya paniculata(L)Jack 的叶及日本栽培的九里香 M. exotica L. 化学成分。这两种向来认为是同一品种,但近来的研究提出应重新划分作为二个不同品种,故再深入研究千里香的化学成分就有新的意义了。本文报道从千里香分离到五个新香豆索类化合物,一个新的吲哚生物碱并对原报道Murrangtnl(6a) 和 Minumicrolin(7a) 的绝对立体构象加以纠正。分离步骤:
The authors reported on the leaves of Murraya paniculata (L) Jack, which is produced in Okinawa, Japan, and the chemical composition of M. exotica L. cultivated in Japan. Both of these are traditionally considered to be the same species, but recent studies suggest that they should be reclassified as two different species. Therefore, it is of new significance to further study the chemical components of Thyme. This paper reports the isolation of five new coumadins, a new indole alkaloid, and correction of the absolute steric conformation of the originally reported Murrangtnl (6a) and Minumicrolin (7a).
