回弹是高强钢板冲压成形中影响冲压件尺寸精度和形状精度的关键因素。针对采用DP600高强钢的北京奔驰某车型的横梁减震器后桥零件,开展了零件成形、切边、回弹的全工艺流程CAE仿真分析,获得了零件的回弹特征;针对宝钢材料的性能范围获得了回弹的波动范围,并通过模具补偿的方案进行回弹控制,试验测量结果表明其形状精度得到了明显改善。
Springback is a key factor that affects the dimensional accuracy and shape accuracy of stamping parts in high-strength steel sheet stamping. For the rear axle parts of a beam shock absorber of Beijing Benz with DP600 high-strength steel, CAE simulation analysis of the whole process of forming, trimming and rebounding parts was carried out, and the springback characteristics of the parts were obtained. According to the performance of Baosteel materials The range of the springback was obtained, and the springback control was carried out through the mold compensation scheme. The experimental measurement results showed that the shape accuracy was significantly improved.
