一 關於培養目的問題 一九五二年中央敎育部委託北京師範大學在蘇聯專家直接指導下所制定的「師範學院敎學計劃草案」中,已明確規定敎育系(學校敎育專業)的任務是:「培養師範學校的敎育學和心理學敎師」。這樣明確具體地規定敎育系的培養目的,在中國師範敎育史上還是第一次。敎育系的培養目的雖然這樣明確規定了,但大家的認識並不一致;即便同意這樣規定的同志,也有許多人只是知其然,而不知其所以然。所以在一九五三年我們修訂師範學院敎學計劃過程中,又暴露了各種各樣的想法和看法。這次修訂計劃的過程,也是我們進一步學習蘇聯的過程,我們在蘇聯專家崔可夫同志的幫助下,對於蘇聯師範學院敎學計劃有了新的體會,因而對於同志們所提出的一些問題,得到了較明確的解決。例如,有的同志認爲小學敎材敎法應
