目的:对现行正清风痛宁注射液含量测定方法进行改进。方法:采用HPLC法进行测定,色谱柱:ODS Dikma C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.78%磷酸二氢钠溶液(12:88),检测波长:264 nm,流速:1.0 ml·min-。,柱温:25℃。结果:青藤碱与有关物质能完全分离,在39.16~195.80μg·ml~(-1)浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 6),加样回收率为98.93%,RSD为0.78%(n=6)。结论:本方法测定正清风痛宁注射液的含量,准确可靠,方法简便。
Objective: To improve the method of determination of Zhengqingfengtongning Injection. Methods: The HPLC method was used. The chromatographic column was ODS Dikma C 18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.78% sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution (12:88) , Flow rate: 1.0 ml · min-. Column temperature: 25 ° C. Results: Sinomenine could be separated completely from the related substances with a good linearity (r = 0.999 6) in the concentration range of 39.16 ~ 195.80μg · ml ~ (-1), the recovery was 98.93% and the RSD was 0.78% n = 6). Conclusion: The method for determination of Zhengqingfengtongning injection content, accurate and reliable, the method is simple.
