目的探讨血浆内皮素（ＥＴ）含量变化在糖尿病性视网膜病变中的作用及意义。方法应用放射免疫分析方法检测了４４例糖尿病患者及２０例正常对照者血浆内皮素水平。结果糖尿病性视网膜病变组内皮素含量显著高于正常对照组。结论提示内皮素可能参与了糖尿病性视网膜病变的病理过程。
Objective To investigate the role of plasma endothelin (ET) levels in diabetic retinopathy and its significance. Methods The levels of plasma endothelin in 44 diabetic patients and 20 normal controls were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results Endothelins in diabetic retinopathy group were significantly higher than those in normal control group. Conclusions Endothelin may be involved in the pathological process of diabetic retinopathy.
