为探索‘云烟97’在武陵烟区适宜的栽培行株距配置,2012年4—12月在重庆市武隆县出水村进行了田间试验,研究了行株距配置对‘云烟97’农艺性状、化学成分和经济性状的影响。结果表明,较宽的行株距配置能够提高烟株移栽后60天烟株的田间长势,其中行距120 cm、株距50 cm和行距120 cm、株距60 cm的表现较好。烤后烟叶中的总糖和还原糖含量整体偏高,处理组合行距120 cm、株距40 cm的烤后烟中部叶化学成分协调性较好。试验因素株距对产量的影响要大于行距,但是行距对产值和上等烟比例的影响大于株距,行距120 cm、株距40 cm产量、产值和上等烟比例表现最优。综合分析,在武陵烟区,种植‘云烟97’选择行距120 cm、株距40 cm较为适宜。
In order to explore the suitable planting distance arrangement of ’Yunyan 97’ in Wuling tobacco-growing areas, a field experiment was conducted in Wulong County, Chongqing from April to December in 2012. The effects of plant spacing on the agronomic traits of ’Yunyan 97’ Composition and economic traits. The results showed that wide row spacing could improve the field growth of tobacco at 60 days after transplanting. The row spacing was 120 cm, the spacing was 50 cm, the spacing was 120 cm, and the spacing was 60 cm. The total contents of total sugar and reducing sugar in the roasted tobacco leaves were generally high, and the chemical composition of the middle leaves of roasted tobacco with 120 cm spacing and 40 cm spacing was better. The influence of spacing of test factors on yield was greater than that of row spacing, but the effect of row spacing on output value and superior tobacco ratio was greater than that of plant spacing. Row spacing was 120 cm and plant spacing was 40 cm. Comprehensive analysis, in the Wuling tobacco-growing areas, planting ’Yunyan 97’ row spacing of 120 cm, spacing 40 cm is more appropriate.
