本文以南海某水下生产系统项目为例,梳理了水下采油树与钻完井相关的作业,总结了水下生产系统项目因分工出现的与钻完井作业相关的水下采油树典型界面、该类界面管理的挑战及应对办法。结论认为此类界面的管理原则是发挥界面的正向效应即分工明确带来的效率提高,消除界面的负向效应即各种界面障碍。提出该类界面澄清的主导方应是工程项目组而不是水下设备承包商,给出了源头化、程序化、标准化的管理建议及具体管理办法,以期为后续类似水下生产系统项目提供借鉴和指导。
