降脂颗粒剂治疗29例HAART后高脂血症患者的疗效观察

目的探讨降脂颗粒剂治疗高效抗反转录病毒治疗(HAART)后高脂血症患者的临床疗效。方法采用实用性随机对照研究的实验方法,将58例HAART后高脂血症的受试者随机分为实验组(HAART+中药降脂颗粒)、对照组(HAART+安慰剂),每组29例,同时测定治疗前、治疗后12、24周血脂、肝肾功能等指标。两组均治疗6个月。结果在实验组中,降脂颗粒剂在治疗24周时可以显著降低甘油三酯(TG)的水平,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.601,P=0.013);在治疗12、24周,可提高高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)的水平,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(12周t=-2.562,P=0.016;24周t=-2.450,P=0.021);而对照组总胆固醇、TG、HDL-C、低密度脂蛋白治疗后均无统计学意义。治疗12、24周时,实验组HDL-C的治疗效果比对照组好(12周t=-2.573,P=0.013;24周t=-3.041,P=0.004);治疗24周时,实验组TG的治疗效果比对照组好(t=2.601 P=0.013)。治疗24周时,实验组动脉粥样硬化指数下降与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(t=-2.707,P=0.01)。结论该降脂颗粒剂治疗HAART后高脂血症可以改善脂代谢异常,减少HAART的不良反应,降低心血管疾病的风险。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jiangzhi Granule in the treatment of hyperlipidemia patients after high effective antiretroviral therapy (HAART). Methods A total of 58 subjects with post-HAART hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into experimental group (HAART + HJH) and control group (HAART + placebo), with 29 cases in each group. According to the practical randomized controlled study, Simultaneous determination of before treatment, 12,24 weeks after treatment, blood lipids, liver and kidney function and other indicators. Both groups were treated for 6 months. Results In the experimental group, Jiangzhi granule could significantly reduce triglyceride (TG) level at 24 weeks of treatment, with statistical significance (t = 2.601, P = 0.013) (P = 0.016 for 12 weeks; t = -2.450 for 24 weeks, P = 0.021). The levels of high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) The control group, total cholesterol, TG, HDL-C, low-density lipoprotein after treatment were not statistically significant. At 12 and 24 weeks of treatment, the treatment effect of HDL-C in experimental group was better than that of control group (t = -2.573 at 12 weeks, P = 0.013 at 12 weeks; t = -3.041 at 24 weeks; P = 0.004) TG treatment effect than the control group (t = 2.601 P = 0.013). At 24 weeks, the difference of atherosclerosis index in the experimental group was statistically significant compared with the control group (t = -2.707, P = 0.01). Conclusion The lipid-lowering granule treatment of hyperlipidemia after HAART can improve abnormal lipid metabolism, reduce the adverse reactions of HAART and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.
