目的:探讨小儿股骨干骨折采用桥式钢丝夹板外固定的方法及临床疗效。方法:2007年6月~2009年11月,收治小儿股骨干骨折17例,均在C臂机透视下改善骨折力线关系后采用屈髋屈膝踝背伸位钢丝夹板持续牵引,并配合小夹板外固定。结果:患儿均获得随访,6~10周骨折均骨性愈合,伤后4~6个月骨折重塑,5例出现过度生长。结论:桥式钢丝夹板配合小夹板外固定治疗小儿股骨干骨折具有操作简单、护理方便、疗效安全可靠等优点。
Objective: To explore the method of pedicle screw fixation of pediatric femoral shaft fracture and its clinical effect. Methods: From June 2007 to November 2009, 17 cases of pediatric femoral shaft fractures were treated. All of them were treated with flexion and extension of knee ankle dorsiflexion steel wire splint, External fixation. Results: All children were followed up for 6-10 weeks. All the fractures healed in 4 to 6 months after fracture, and overgrowth occurred in 5 cases. Conclusion: The treatment of infantile femoral shaft fracture with bridge wire splint and small splint external fixation has the advantages of simple operation, convenient nursing, safe and reliable curative effect.
