研究了用不对称低隔膜加强常用方钢管混凝土梁柱节点的改进。这种节点类型可用于小震国家,如韩国。对低隔膜和横隔板进行了拉伸试验以加强它们的拉伸性能。制作了4种类型的方钢管混凝土足尺梁柱节点(带低隔膜、横隔板、水平T型杆和垂直板),并依美国ANSI/AISC SSPEC 2002循环加载方案进行试验。设计的水平T型杆和垂直板上的双头螺栓把梁底部法兰的拉应力传递至混凝土。对于普通抗弯组合框架(C-OMF),所有试件均满足AISC抗震规定的0.01rad的塑性转动能力要求。简化的低隔膜在实际工程中有足够的强度、刚度和塑性变形能力。
The improvement of commonly used square steel tubular beam-column joints with asymmetric low diaphragm was studied. This node type can be used for small earthquake countries, such as South Korea. Tensile tests were performed on the low diaphragm and the diaphragm to enhance their tensile properties. Four types of square concrete full-beam column-to-column joints (with low diaphragm, diaphragm, horizontal T-bar, and vertical plate) were fabricated and tested in accordance with the ANSI / AISC SSPEC 2002 cyclic loading scheme. The designed horizontal T-bar and stud on the vertical plate transfer the tensile stress of the bottom flange of the beam to the concrete. For the C-OMF, all the specimens meet the plastic deformation of 0.01rad required by the AISC seismic code. Simplified low diaphragm in the actual project has sufficient strength, stiffness and plastic deformation capacity.
