本文报道关于牙科发声探针工作原理的一系列临床研究,发现了井上(Inoue)的理论是不确切的,并提出了电学原理作为牙科发声探针的工作原理。我们发现:龈沟与口腔粘膜之间的阻抗在不同病理生理情况下有很大变动,它不必然地等于根尖孔的阻抗。
In this paper, we report a series of clinical studies on the working principle of dental vocal probes and found that Inoue's theory is inaccurate. The principle of electrical principles is proposed as a dental vocal probe. We found that the impedance between the gingival sulcus and oral mucosa varies greatly under different pathophysiological conditions and does not necessarily equal the impedance of the apical foramen.
