秦皇岛市经济技术开发区相林皮革制品有限公司是韩商独资企业。建厂初期,外商对共产党员不理解,不信任,对已招聘的三名党员限制参加组织活动。困境中,公司的三名党员始终牢记自己是一名共产党员,在不同的岗位,从不同的侧面不厌其烦地向韩国客商宣讲是党的改革开放政策才使两国人民走到一起的道理。青年党员崔京范利用自己是朝鲜族,语言相通的有利条件,让韩国客商知道企业内部共产党员的任务是与外商一起把公司办好。经过深入细致地宣讲,外商对党的方针政策有了比较全面的了解,三名共产党员兢兢业业尽职尽责的实际行动,也赢得了外商的信任。先后有两人被总经理朴相佐先生聘任为部长、主任,迈出了由拒绝到信任的第一步。1995年9月,相林公司依照有关规定成立了党支部。由于韩国与中国社会制度不同,韩国管理者对中国的法律法规,方针政策不太了
