随着老年化和医学的发展,心力衰竭成为了21世纪心血管两大流行疾病之一。最近的研究显示:单独使用临床手段诊断心力衰竭仍不够准确,故而,寻找较敏感而特异的生化指标协助诊断就成了当务之急。GRK2也被称之为β肾上腺素受体激酶(β-ARK1),是G蛋白耦联受体激酶家族(GRKs)成员之一,其在心脏中有着较为特异的表达,且随着患者心功能的变化,其表达水平及活性亦发生了相对特异的相应变化。由此,我们猜测,GRK2可以成为有较大价值的生化指标以协助诊断心力衰竭,判断病情严重性,从而掌握临床干预的时机及力度。现就其在心力衰竭中的意义做一简要综述。
With the development of aging and medicine, heart failure has become one of the two major cardiovascular diseases in the 21st century. Therefore, we speculate that GRK2 can be a biochemical indicator of great value to help diagnose heart failure and determine the severity of the disease so as to grasp the timing and intensity of clinical intervention.
