目的 探讨高频超声及剪切波弹性成像(SWE)在大鼠腓肠肌钝挫伤损伤评估及康复过程中的应用价值.方法 大鼠造模前及造模后2~3 h、3、5、7d进行二维高频超声及SWE检查.结果 大鼠腓肠肌造模后2~3 h的二维超声评分及SWE杨氏模量值(Emax)均较造模前显著升高(P<0.01、<0.01);造模后第5天二维超声评分较造模后2~3 h下降(P<0.01),造模后第7天二维超声评分及Emax值均较造模后2~3 h下降(P<0.01、<0.01).结论 二维超声及剪切波弹性成像可以有效地对大鼠骨骼肌钝挫伤康复过程进行评估.“,”Objective To discuss the application value of B-Mode high-frequency ultrasound and Shear Wave Elastography (SWE) in skeletal injury rehabilitation.Methods B-Mode ultrasound and SWE examinations were performed before and 2-3 h,3rd,5th and 7th days after injury.Results The B-Mode ultrasound scores and Emax value in 2-3 h after injury were all significantly increased compared with pre-injury(P<0.01,<0.01).Compared with 2-3 h after injury in the 5th day after injury,B-Mode ultrasound scores were reduced significantly(P<0.01).Both the B-Mode ultrasound scores and Emax value were reduced in the 7th day after injury compared with 2-3 h after injury (P<0.01,<0.01).Conclusions B-Mode high-frequency ultrasound and SWE can effectively evaluate the recovery condition after damage in rats with gastrocnemius muscle contusion.
